What happens when you smell an essential oil?
When you smell an essential oil the odor molecules go straight to your olfactory bulb which is located at the top of your nasal cavity. From there, the smell information is routed to the limbic system. Your limbic system is muy importante. It’s where all the good stuff goes down – emotions, memories, and psychological responses like hunger and sex drive.
Inhaling and diffusing essential oils can be powerful stuff. It’s absolutely amazing for respiratory and immune support as well as uplifting moods and just making your house smell awesome.

One of the reasons I love doTERRA oils so much is for the incredible blends they come up with. I almost always have one of their blends going in my diffuser.

Calming and Relaxation diffuser blends are great for winding down before bedtime or for times you are feeling really stressed out or on edge.
Immune support blends are great to diffuse when you or someone in your house is feeling under the weather or if you have a bunch of people over and you want to make sure everyone stays healthy.
Kitchen and home diffuser blends are my favorites! These diffuser blends will make your house smell amazing and will also keep everyone chill and in a good mood.
Respiratory support diffuser blends are soooo helpful for all respiratory issues and seasonal allergies. They are also great blends to have going while you sleep to help with snoring and just breathing better.
Soul diffuser blends are perfect to diffuse when you are doing spiritual work, meditating, journaling, or just need the comfort of a beautiful essential oil.
