  1. Cut up the frozen bananas into 1/2 inch thick pieces and add them to your food processor along with the cacao and sweetener. Process for about 1-2 minutes until mostly smooth. Add in the chocolate chips and peppermint oil and process for another 30 seconds. Done! Enjoy straight from the food processor (like me) or pour it into two bowls and add your favorite toppings. You can also freeze it for a few hours if you prefer hard ice cream. Enjoy!
