  1. 1. Wash all of your fruit and veggies. 2. Cut the peel off the lemons 3. Chop all of your veggies so they fit through your juicer. 4. Juice the veggies and run the juice through a strainer to remove extra fiber (you can skip this step, I like it nice and smooth). 5. Enjoy your liquid sunshine!
