Back to School Diffuser Recipes
Need a few diffuser blend ideas for back to school? These are my five go-to back to school diffuser blends to get us all started on the right foot.
Break Out The Diffuser!
Bad moods, random illnesses and anxiety. That’s what usually happens when the kids go back to school – am I right?!
Even though my kids are technically not going back to school this year (we chose the fully remote option), the start of the school year always has an effect on us.
When we say goodbye to the carefree summer days, no schedule and late nights, these changes can have a big impact on the kids (and us!).
One way I like to be prepared is with a few diffuser blends that help with mood swings, improve focus, clean the air and promote a good night of sleep. Anything I can do to make the transition a little easier on myself and the kids.
One of the best things we can do for our health is, in general, is to diffuse essential oils. Essential oils that have immune-boosting and mood-enhancing properties are our best friends right now!
I love this inexpensive diffuser. It does the job and you can’t beat the price.
Why Diffuse?
Diffusing essential oils is one of the most effective ways to receive all of their beneficial properties. From The Essential Life book:
“Diffusing essential oils aromatically is beneficial for affecting mood, killing airborne pathogens, and changing the aroma of a space such as a room, office or car.”
Killing airborne pathogens, affecting mood, a sweet-smelling house? Yes, please!
A lot of people mock me for my enormous collections of essential oils, but I am so glad I have them! It’s so simple to throw a few drops in the diffuser and provide the whole house with their amazing beneficial properties.
We also want to consider diffusing essential oils that strengthen our immune system with the current state of the world. We can all use an immune system boost right now.
